I specialize in designing complex B2B tools where optimization algorithms need human oversight. For the past few years across two companies in the same domain, I’ve owned the full Product Design journey: from field research with airport operators and baggage handlers, through workshop facilitation with engineering and business stakeholders, to building and testing interfaces that support real-time operational decisions.
