Martin Politic

Product Designer based in Denmark, available remotely worldwide. I work on complex operational systems: the kind of software where algorithms meet human judgment, where mistakes have real consequences, and where the users are domain experts who know more about the problem than I ever will.

At Bagstage, I design interfaces for AI-powered baggage systems used in airport operations, spanning both planning and execution layers. Before that, I was at Qampo, designing decision-support platforms across pharma, logistics, transport, and public services. The challenge across all of them has been consistent: shaping analytical complexity into interfaces that support people when decisions matter.

My background is in Multimedia Design, Digital Concept Development, and Media and Communication. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Media and Communication Studies at Malmö University alongside my design work.

When I’m not designing, you’ll likely find me photographing overlooked details, working through ideas with music, or arguing with my cat over who owns the keyboard.
